What a better way to spend a fall day then with some of your best friends? The epicness of SufferFest 2010 came in the form of perfect temperatures, sunny skies, and 70+ riders taking to the trails. We are not always blessed with sunny skies, previous years have seen rain, sleet, and even snow!
So what is SufferFest you ask?
Honestly, it is a purely a celebration. A celebration of advocacy, volunteerism, bikes, and our relationship with the local land owners who allow us to build and maintain trails. We invite all the members who are crazy or courageous enough to come out and play with us on some of the best and worst of Boulder County.
In 2010, we saw a great group of riders test their strength against the course and come out smiling with a beer in hand.
The even could not have been made possible without the generous contributions from Oscar Blues, Kelty, Rocky Mounts, Boy Scouts of Denver, and the Trek Store.
Be sure and thank them all with your support of their businesses!
Until we meet again, RIDE WELL as you prepare for 2011,
Mic De Min
What is SufferFest, you might ask? Basically, it is Boulder Mountainbike Alliance's big fall ride. Check out the 2010 route on this Google Map:

Huge thanks go out to our faithful volunteers, and of course the intrepid SufferFesters who braved the trails. See you in September 2011 for SufferFest IV!
