Flatirons Vista Trailhead will be closed for maintenance on Tuesday, May 7. Visitors can use Greenbelt Plateau Trailhead as an alternative. The trailhead will be closed at 6 a.m. and should be open for use by 4 p.m.

Greenbelt Plateau Trailhead will be closed for maintenance on Monday, May 6. Visitors can use Flatirons Vista Trailhead as an alternative. The trailhead will be closed at 6 a.m. and should be open for use early in the afternoon.

The trailhead at Mud Lake is closed due to formation of a sinkhole.  BCPOS plans to reopen the trailhead on Saturday February 23rd, 2013. The trails are open and can be accessed through entrances other than the main trailhead. Use caution as as there will be heavy equipment and dangerous conditions...
Chapman Drive

Chapman Drive recently opened to uphill bike traffic, as a way to link Boulder Canyon with the top of Flagstaff Road.  On Feb 13, the city's Open Space and Mountain Parks Department is holding a public open house to discuss options for two-way bike travel, in addition to dog management options....
Meyers Homestead Trail

Watch for heavy equipment and trucks on Meyers Gulch trail during late January and all of February.  Maintenance crews are performing work on a pipeline to Barker Reservoir. The trail will remain open but please use caution.
