The Boulder Mountainbike Alliance will be a co-beneficiary of the 2012 Banff Mountain Film Festival, splitting the event proceeds with the CU Outdoor Program.  How often do you get to see amazing outdoor films and have the profits go directly to such worthy programs?  Not often enough, here's your chance!

The Banff Mountain Film Festival is the largest and one of the most prestigious mountain festivals in the world. The World Tour showcases award-winning films and audience favorites from approximately 300 films entered from over 30 countries with stops planned in 360 locations worldwide. This year's Tour features a collection of the most inspiring and thought-provoking action, environmental, and adventure films from the Banff Mountain Film Festival. Traveling from remote landscapes and cultures to up close and personal with adrenaline-packed action sports, the tour is an exhilarating exploration and celebration of the spirit of adventure.

During the third week in February, come back to this page for the local play list and other Festival information. Theater doors open at 6:00 PM on screening nights.

Boulder Show: Tickets: $15, available at REI Boulder, Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, and Westminster locations, the Boulder Theater, and online at www.bouldertheater.com. Proceeds benefit the CU Outdoor Program and Boulder Mountainbike Alliance. Tickets purchased at the Boulder Theatre will incur additional service charges.
