New to the fun of mountain biking? Have more fun sooner with our Basic Mountain Bike Skills class!
Learn how to stay balanced and in control while you zip through the trails comfortably getting over roots and small logs. Perfect for adults of any age and kids 14 and up who have no previous training. Some of the skills covered are bike/body position, shifting, braking, climbing, descending, and lifting our front wheel.
Instructor Kristin Butcher has taught clinics across the country and you can read her column, Butcher Paper, in BIKE Magazine. Additional instruction will be provided by BMA's David Holshouser and Dawna Graham, both IMBA Level 2 Certified Instructors. No matter how you ride your bike, you're about to ride it better!
