Prairie Vista Trail

Prairie Vista Trail is a nice short section of trail that allows you to connect up to Flatirons Vista South and Doudy Draw. It is a very gentle grade that will allow a nice warm-up. It isn't going to win any "best trail" awards, but it's very pleasant. As with all of the other trails at Marshal Mesa, there are a lot of other user groups. Please be careful and respectful to everyone! Please slow and give way. If you have a bell, even better! This area is not a good area for your headphone-wearing, cross training ride. In the summer the flowers can be amazing in this area!

Comments
wind was the problem today... the trail still has a couple of frozen spots, so it will be mushy in spots as temps rise.
Don't go there! Let the trails dry!
Drifting snow and no users packing it down. Not even good with a fatty.
all good.... go ride!
11/9 Almost entirely dry
11/2 Snow, slush and mud. DON'T RIDE THIS TRAIL NOW. Snow and mud will persist until next storm on Saturday 11/5. If that doesn't materialize, might be rideable by Tuesday 11/7.
Dry as a bone
rain Suturday was gone by Sunday... all good... just an occasional puddle
before lunch a little mud but still fun
