GURLZ RIDE - Walker Ranch

Ride Description

Date Tuesday July 10
Ride Location Walker Ranch
Ride Meeting Spot Walker Ranch TH, Main Parking Area
Start Time Ride starts at 6:15 pm
(be there by 6:00 pm to allow ample prep time)

This week we're at Walker Ranch, a great loop relatively close to Boulder. Don't be fooled by the moderate distance (~8mi) - this is a tough ride due to some steep climbs. There are some hard short climbs, some  longer climbs, and some super gnar descents.  Don't let that stop you though... join us for a fun evening of riding and hanging out!  As with all Gurlz Rides, we will break into two groups. One more entry level ride, and another that will move at a slightly faster pace for those of you who want to go ahead.

All Gurlz Rides are no-drop rides.

About the Gurlz Ride

The BMA GurlzRide, our weekly women-only ride, is about more than just riding. They are about fun, post-ride drinks, and the camaraderie that comes with seeing yourself progress over time. We love to ride, and we enjoy meeting other women who do too! At the trailhead we split into two groups: beginner and intermediate/advanced, and each ride has a leader and a sweep so you won't get dropped. Many of our current ride leaders came out to the Gurlz Ride as first time riders. Hope to see you!
